I’ve been working on a new version of What The File and I’m happy to announce it’s available for download at the WordPress plugin repository.
The biggest new feature in What The File 1.2.0 is BuddyPress support. BuddyPress has a different sort templating system, which made it harder to support in What The File. After digging into the BuddyPress template hierarchy and finding the right filter I’ve managed to add BuddyPress support to What The File.
What The File 1.2.0 also has an admin notification asking for a rating at wordpress.org after using the plugin for more than 9 days. The admin notification is a one time notification which can be dismissed by a click. If you would like to add a review and rating for What The File at wordpress.org you can do so here.
